Why pay-per-appointment pricing?
We believe you should only pay for what you use. Whether you see 10 clients a month or 100, you pay $1.50 per completed appointment. No wasted money on unused capacity.
Are there any hidden fees or add-ons?
Absolutely not. $1.50 per appointment includes everything: scheduling, documentation, client portal, reminders, payment processing, and support. We don't believe in nickel-and-diming you with extra charges for features that should be standard.
What counts as an appointment?
An appointment is a completed session between a clinician and a client. Cancellations and no-shows don't count toward your bill.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly based on your completed appointments from the previous month. You'll always know exactly what you owe with no surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can stop using Joy EMR whenever you like and only pay for the appointments you've already completed.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export all your data at any time. After you leave, we retain your data for 90 days in case you want to return, then it's securely deleted.
