2. Description of Services
Joy EMR provides practice management software for mental health professionals, including scheduling, documentation, billing, and client management tools.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit any malicious code or content
- Use the service for any purpose other than practice management
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create using our services. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide our services.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joy EMR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days, after which it will be securely deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the service.
